Stress is a killer. Literally.

We tend to thin of stress as being related to major life events, death of a loved one, loss of a job, the Yankees losing the World Series. But everyday stresses can be as dangerous as these major stresses. An argument at home, bad feedback from your boss, a difficult client, it all adds up.

This is particularly true if you’re a man. Men do not deal well with stress, because we tend to react with a ‘fight’ response. Women tend to be more affiliative and respond by building bridges, we men just burn the bridge down!

It’s really important that you teach your clients to deal with everyday stress. The most effective way we know to do this is using EFT. EFT is simple to teach and easy to learn. It’s also very effective for most people.  Teaching your clients an EFT procedure such as the Perfect Peace Procedure. The Perfect Peace Procedure can vastly reduce everyday stresses in the moment, preventing that negative energy from being encoded in our cells.

A recent study dealing with the effect of everyday stress on men’s health is linked below to assist you in selling your clients on the benefits of learning EFT.

Her study looked at two types of stress: the everyday hassles of such things as commuting, job stress or arguments with family and friends; and significant life events, such as job loss or the death of a spouse. Both types appear to be harmful to men’s health, but each type of stress appears to have an independent effect on mortality. Even small stressors may be harmful to men’s health, new research shows — ScienceDaily
