The results are in. Again. There is no doubt about this, so listen carefully:

Exercise is good for an aging brain. It delays cognitive decline. It keeps your brain (and of course your body) younger longer. If you’re exercising, great! Keep it up! If not, check with your doctor and start exercising now based on his advice. And keep it up!

Spread the word to your hypnosis clients. They are coming to see you to improve their minds on some level or another, so make sure they are exercising and if not get them to begin exercising based on their physician’s recommendations.

In the recent research below, lead by Agnieszka Burzynska of the University of Illinois, exercise was shown to improve the health of the ‘white matter’ in the brain. White matter is essential for proper brain functioning. You can read the full report below:
