The mystery of Einstein’s brain

I love to understand the mental processes that make people tick.

Whether finding out how my hypnosis client ‘does’ their problem, or studying the great minds of history using deep trance identification, or even examining my own mental processes, the human experience never ceases to amaze and fascinate.

One of the greatest minds of the scientific world of course was Albert Einstein. Einstein bestrode the scientific world of the early twentieth century like a colossus; his theories were radical, shaking up the scientific status quo and single handedly ushering in the world of relativity. So what made Einstein the genius he was?

This is a question we often ask our students, what made Einstein the genius he was? Researchers have revealed at least one answer by close examination of his brain. But it’s not the size of Einstein’s brain that made Einstein special. It’s the connectivity. You see Einstein’s brain had a particularly dense corpus callosum, the part of the brain that links the left and right hemispheres of the brain.

Now it’s certainly not entirely true that the left brain represents the conscious mind, and the right brain represents the unconscious mind, but there is some truth to this model. So Einstein’s conscious and unconscious minds were able to communicate much better than other human beings, bringing him a unique combination of right brain creativity with left brain analysis.

Of course it’s not possible to directly increase the size of your own corpus callosum, but you can increase the communication between your conscious and unconscious mind using trance. And while you may never be another Einstein, you can increase your own creative analysis while boosting your analytic creativity.

Here is the original article with the research for anyone interested in learning more:

Albert Einstein was arguably the greatest physicist in the 20th century and his extraordinary intelligence has long intrigued both scientists and the general public. another clue to his high intelligence?
