Exercise and Depression

A recent study looked at the effect of two weekly exercise sessions on depression, and not surprisingly found that exercise had long term benefits. Get out and exercise and get your clients to do the same!
Several reports indicate that physical activity can reduce the severity of symptoms in depressed patients and physical exercise is an established non-pharmacological form of treatment for depressive disorders [1]. See more…
